Dear Friends in Christ,
The Church is not just a building—it is the living body of Christ, called to shine His light in the world. Each of us has been given unique gifts, talents, and passions, not for our own glory, but to serve God and bless others.
In 1 Peter 4:10, we are reminded: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” Service is an act of worship, a way of saying “Thank You” to God for all He has done.
When we serve the Church, we:
- Strengthen the body of Christ, ensuring that His mission continues.
- Encourage one another, building a community rooted in love and unity.
- Reflect Christ’s example, who came “not to be served, but to serve” (Mark 10:45).
Whether it’s teaching a Sunday school class, visiting the sick, singing in the choir, preparing meals, or simply offering a listening ear—every act of service matters. Together, our small acts become a great testimony of God’s love.
Let us step forward with willing hearts, ready hands, and joyful spirits, knowing that when we serve the Church, we are serving Christ Himself.
May God bless your service and multiply its impact for His Kingdom.
